Associate Director (Data Centres)

TMX Edge is the specialist delivery arm of TMX focused on critical infrastructure, data centres and complex technology environments. We partner with some of the world's leading organisations to deliver projects that support the digital infrastructure powering businesses and communities globally.

As our presence across Asia continues to grow, we're seeking an Associate Director to lead client delivery, develop project teams and support the continued expansion of our business across the region.

This role will be responsible for managing Project Managers, ensuring high-quality project delivery, strengthening key client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. While data centre experience is highly regarded, we are open to candidates from broader project services, infrastructure, construction and consulting backgrounds.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers across multiple client accounts and projects
• Ensure consistent delivery standards, governance and project management processes are maintained across the team
• Provide oversight, coaching and support to project teams to drive successful client outcomes
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality and continuous improvement

Client & Account Management

• Act as the senior day-to-day relationship lead for key client accounts
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor
• Ensure client expectations are understood, managed and exceeded
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, strengthen partnerships and increase account profitability
• Support commercial negotiations, project reviews and ongoing account planning activities

Business Growth & Regional Development

• Partner with senior leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities across Asia
• Support proposal development, client presentations and business development activities
• Leverage existing relationships and market networks to generate opportunities
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of TMX Edge across the region

Project Oversight

• Provide executive oversight across multiple concurrent projects and programs
• Monitor project performance, delivery risks, financial outcomes and resource allocation
• Ensure project teams are delivering work to the highest quality standards
• Support resolution of complex project, commercial and stakeholder challenges

What You Bring

• 10-15 years of experience within project management, project services, construction, infrastructure or consulting environments
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing high-performing project professionals
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience managing complex projects or programs across multiple stakeholders
• Commercial acumen with exposure to project financial management and account growth
• Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Data centre, critical infrastructure or mission-critical project experience is advantageous but not essential
• Based in Singapore with existing working rights
