KONE Next is a full-year program for engineering graduates who are ready to learn, grow and make an impact from day one. You'll build real technical expertise in one of the world's most specialized industries, supported by experienced KONE professionals in a multinational environment.

Who we're looking for

• 0–2 years of experience
• Graduates of Mechanical, Power, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering from reputable universities
• Student activity or leadership experience is a strong plus
• Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn and get hands-on
