We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects while building strong client relationships and ensuring high-performing, engaged teams. The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and mature relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery teams are collaborative, engaged, and focused on achieving successful outcomes.
- Deliver projects that exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage project delivery to agreed timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, applications, processes, and users.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project deliverables.
- Communicate technical concepts and issues effectively to business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, raise, manage, and drive resolution of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering groups, and governance forums.
- Manage and support a small Service Delivery team, ensuring effective service delivery, team engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, status reporting, RAID logs, project plans, and governance materials.
- Manage project budgets, commercial considerations, scope, resource planning, and delivery forecasts.
- Promote best practices across delivery, project governance, and stakeholder management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven technical project management experience with the ability to manage projects across a variety of technologies.
- Experience delivering Software Development projects.
- Experience leading and developing teams, ensuring effective delivery and strong team cohesion.
- Experience managing or supporting a small Service Delivery team.
- Experience working within Agile environments and delivering Agile projects.
- PRINCE2 and/or PMP certification is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools; exposure to Jira and Confluence would be advantageous.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience in both SDLC and non-SDLC projects, including emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, SDLC, and Agile delivery practices.
- Ability to adapt delivery approaches and best practices to suit project, customer, and organisational requirements.

- Salary Range: €75,000 - €90,000
