About Strategy.

At Huge, the Strategy craft is a multidisciplinary engine powered by elite strategists, product managers, marketing specialists, and insights experts. We sit at the intersection of business intelligence and innovation—unraveling complex business challenges to architect actionable, durable strategies that propel our clients forward. Moving beyond static decks and traditional consulting deliverables, our team directly bridges the gap between high-level management consulting and groundbreaking, transformational execution.

Our approach melds product and digital experience strategy with corporate growth, data consulting, and brand innovation. We cultivate deeply collaborative, C-level client partnerships that culminate in outsized success and market transformation. At Huge, our mandate is to ensure that creative innovation and product execution are unshakably grounded in research, delivering tangible commercial value while keeping our clients ahead of rapidly shifting market dynamics.

The role.

Huge is looking for a Freelance Senior Digital Marketing Developer (Content Manager) to join the strategy craft in Colombia. In this role, you will lead the assembly, optimization, and publishing of high-impact digital experiences across our enterprise CMS platforms. Working at the intersection of design and technology, you will turn static creative assets and copy into pixel-perfect, accessible, and SEO-optimized web pages while ensuring seamless content deployment across global digital channels.

What you'll be doing.

  • Content Creation & Assembly: Build, update, and publish digital experiences using approved copy, modular components, and design frameworks within the CMS.
  • Quality Assurance & Review: Perform rigorous pre-publish checks on image rendering, responsive breakpoints, SEO metadata, and design fidelity.
  • Workflow & Revision Management: Leverage CMS revision history and preview tools to safely update content, track changes, and advance pages through governance gates without disruptive releases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Technology, and Product teams to maintain visual integrity, asset compliance, and functional standards across all digital channels.

What we'd like to see.

  • CMS Proficiency: Solid experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Brightspot).
  • SEO Fundamentals: Sound understanding of foundational SEO setups, including meta descriptions, tags, and open graph/social sharing metadata.
  • Accessibility Knowledge: Good grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) best practices and standards.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure live pages strictly adhere to approved copy, design comps, component behavior, and styling.
  • Image Management: Proficiency in digital asset management, including web optimization, performance best practices, and cropping constraints.
  • Localization Experience (Nice-to-Have): Experience managing multi-language content, regional localization, and translation workflows.
  • Technical Troubleshooting (Nice-to-Have): Comfortable utilizing browser developer tools (Inspect Element) to review DOM structure and troubleshoot page issues.
  • Deployment Basics (Nice-to-Have): Practical understanding of staging, preview, and production deployment lifecycles.
