我们正在寻找一位注重细节且具备分析能力的二级操作员（质量保证）加入我们在中国深圳的质量控制团队。在此职位上，您将负责进行全面的质量检查，对产品和零部件进行测试，以确保其符合我们严格的质量标准。 您将在维护产品卓越品质、践行我们向客户提供高品质产品的承诺方面发挥关键作用。 - 按照既定流程并使用质量控制设备，对产品及零部件进行常规质量检查和测试 - 参照技术图纸和质量标准，测量并核验产品规格

• 以清晰有序的方式记录测试结果、质量数据和检验发现 - 识别缺陷、不符合项及与质量标准的偏差，并及时上报 - 分析质量数据和趋势，以支持持续改进计划
• 维护准确、详尽的质量控制记录和文件 - 与生产和工程团队协作，解决质量问题并实施纠正措施 - 遵守所有既定的质量程序、规程和安全准则 - 向主管及相关利益相关者汇报质量指标和绩效报告 - 根据需要协助开展审计和质量保证活动

任职要求： - 具备质量保证、质量控制或类似检验岗位的实际工作经验 - 熟练掌握质量检测设备、测量工具及仪器 - 深入了解质量标准、流程及最佳实践

• 注重细节，具备出色的分析能力和解决问题能力 - 能够阅读并解读技术规范、蓝图和质量文件 - 熟练掌握数据记录、文档编制及具备基本的计算机操作能力 - 组织能力强，能够高效管理多项任务 **优先条件：**
• 具备统计过程控制（SPC）或质量管理体系相关经验 - 熟悉 ISO 质量标准和认证 - 具备质量管理软件或系统使用经验 - 了解制造工艺和生产环境 - 具备出色的沟通和团队合作能力
