M9 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and support the ServiceNow application.
Work within ServiceNow, the client's IT Service Management tool.
Support modules including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Request Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
SME in one or more of the following areas:
- ServiceNow Application Development
- ServiceNow Platform and Architecture Knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow development with knowledge of code best practices.
Knowledge/experience with functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
Effective liaison leading technical development teams.
Knowledge/experience of SDLC practices.
Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
Oral and written communication skills including presenting to management.
Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies.
Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc).
Problem/Risk Management.
MS Office Suite.

Salary Range

$115,000—$130,000 USD
