Designer (Static Ads)

About the Role

This is a performance-focused design role on a fast-moving creative team, sitting at the intersection of craft and data. You'll work closely with a Creative Strategist and Creative Director to turn strategic angles into static ads that stop the scroll and drive measurable conversions across paid channels including Meta and LinkedIn. Design decisions here are evaluated by performance metrics, not aesthetics alone.

What You'll Do

• Translate creative concepts and ad angles into static ad designs optimized for conversion and scroll-stopping impact.

• Work in Figma to produce multiple variants quickly, supporting rapid A/B testing and iteration cycles.

• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on ad angles and receive final sign-off from the Creative Director.

• Design ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid performance channels.

• Apply strong visual hierarchy and composition principles with a conversion-first mindset.

• Analyze performance data (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and iterate designs based on results.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years designing static ads for paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads), with a portfolio demonstrating high-performing campaigns.

• Expert-level Figma proficiency with a fast, iterative workflow built for rapid variant production.

• Deep understanding of performance marketing, thinking in CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS rather than aesthetics alone.

• Experience running and optimizing based on A/B test results.

• Familiarity with paid platform tools such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

• Background in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused marketing is a plus.

• Comfortable working at startup pace with a bias toward speed and experimentation.

• Native-level German and solid English communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 65,000 to 90,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
