  • Dependency & Critical Path Management: Identify cross-functional dependencies and critical-path activities and ensure owners, required dates, and handoffs are clearly established.

  • Hardware & Infrastructure Readiness: Coordinate procurement, delivery, and readiness of GPUs, servers, networking equipment, storage, cabling, power infrastructure, optics, licenses, and ancillary equipment required for deployments and expansions.

  • Deployment Sequencing: Coordinate installation and deployment sequencing across data halls and existing production environments to maximize available capacity while minimizing operational risk.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate external vendors and partners, ensuring scope, schedules, deliverables, site access, and completion criteria align with overall deployment plans.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify schedule risks, blockers, resource constraints, hardware lead times, infrastructure limitations, and technical dependencies. Drive mitigation plans and escalation paths to protect key milestones.

  • Milestone & Handoff Management: Provide clear phase milestones and handoff criteria, ensuring effective transitions.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Project Reporting: Provide clear and consistent project updates covering progress, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and required actions.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to and continuously improve repeatable project management processes, schedules, documentation, reporting, and deployment playbooks that enable Crusoe to deploy and expand infrastructure more efficiently at scale.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 5+ years of technical project or program management experience supporting data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, hardware deployments, capacity expansion, or other large-scale technical infrastructure programs.

  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and operational handoff.

  • Data Center Knowledge: Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and deployment concepts, including power, cooling, networking, structured cabling, servers, storage, GPU infrastructure, commissioning, and operational readiness.

  • Capacity Planning & Expansion: Experience coordinating infrastructure expansions within existing environments, including evaluating available space, power, network, and supporting infrastructure required to deploy additional capacity.

  • Project Planning: Proven experience developing and managing integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and delivery forecasts.

  • Risk Management: Ability to identify risks early, understand downstream impacts, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issues to resolution.

  • Vendor Management: Experience coordinating contractors, equipment suppliers, integrators, and other external partners against defined scopes and project schedules.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to bring together engineering, operations, construction, procurement, logistics, and business stakeholders to drive decisions and maintain alignment.

  • Executive Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex project and technical information into concise status updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations.

  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deployments, capacity expansions, workstreams, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving: Comfortable operating in environments where requirements, schedules, and priorities can change quickly. Able to establish structure, drive decisions, and maintain project momentum.

  • Travel: Ability to travel to Crusoe Spark and data center locations as needed to support planning, execution, and deployment activities.

Work Style & Execution
