We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Singapore team, supporting the design and delivery of major workplace projects across Thailand. Working with a high-profile global client, you'll play a key role from design coordination and tender management through to construction delivery, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors and client stakeholders to bring complex projects to life.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Supporting the design and delivery of workplace facilities located within large-scale technology and infrastructure campuses across Thailand
- Coordinating with architects, engineers and client stakeholders throughout the design development process
- Managing tender and procurement activities, including engagement with general contractors and delivery partners
- Providing project management support during construction to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Working closely with regional stakeholders across Singapore and Thailand to drive project outcomes and resolve delivery challenges
What You Bring:
- 8-10 years' experience in project management, construction, engineering or a related discipline
- Experience delivering commercial office, industrial, corporate workplace or similar built environment projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design and delivery teams
- Exposure to contractor procurement, tender management and construction delivery
- An engineering, construction management or project management background is preferred
- Experience working on projects in Thailand and/or basic Thai language skills would be advantageous, but not essential
- Willingness to travel to Thailand for approximately one week per month during project delivery

- Successfully coordinating the design and delivery of complex workplace projects across multiple stakeholders
- Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
- Supporting projects through key milestones from concept design through to construction completion
- Proactively identifying risks, solving problems and keeping delivery programs on track
- Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of TMX across Asia
