Position: Software Engineer — Agentic Search Systems Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$150/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Develop and optimize agentic search systems for production environments. Own relevance and retrieval processes to ensure systems meet user needs. Quantify the impact and improvements of search systems effectively. Build and scale data infrastructure to support modern search capabilities. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance search quality and evaluation. Qualifications Must-Have Experience with production search systems and agentic search. Proven ability to own relevance or retrieval on user-dependent systems. Strong skills in quantifying system impact and improvements. Interview Process 25 mins conversational interview. No coding or take-home tasks.
