If your passion is learning new technologies, challenging the status quo, and making IT better – this is the right position for you!Join our Digital Hangar team as a Systems Engineer (Regular/Senior) and help build and operate the One Integration Platform — a modern, PCI-DSS certified integration platform running on Kubernetes.This is a two-year project with the opportunity to work on a modern, large-scale integration platform and gain hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies.Who are we?Lufthansa Systems Poland is acclaimed and widely recognized provider of superior services and IT solutions for the aeronautical, logistic and financial industries. As a part of the Lufthansa Group we implement technological solutions and dedicated services.Why do we need you?In this role you will be responsible for​:Deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and related services across multiple environments.Managing Azure resources and ensuring secure connectivity.Supporting GitOps workflows and automating operational tasks.Implementing and monitoring observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch).Collaborating with application teams to support workloads.Troubleshooting issues related to networking, containers, and integration systems.Contributing to security hardening and compliance processes.Who are you?Your profile:Experience in Linux systems administration and cloud environments.Practical knowledge with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.Familiarity with Azure services.Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelinesScripting skills in Python or Bash.Passion for problem-solving and readiness to learn new cloud-native technologies.Good communication skills in English and Polish.Strong teamwork abilities.Willingness to come to our office in Gdańsk two days a week or relocate to Trójmiasto​.​​​What do we welcome?Exposure to security frameworks.Familiarity with streaming platforms, API gateways, and enterprise file transfer solutions.Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch).Working knowledge of GitOps (FluxCD).Knowledge of Agile & DevOps methodologies.What do we offer?An international working environment, atmosphere that stimulates development.Individual career path.Stable employment under an employment contract.Salary in the range of:Senior position 12 000 - 21 000 zł gross (contract of employment)Regular position 11 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)Lufthansa Group membership benefits.Flexible working time and place adjusted to employee’s needs.
