Assistant Project Coordinator

We are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our partner's construction team and work closely with an experienced Project Manager on the day-to-day delivery of construction projects.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional with a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field who wants to gain practical project management experience and develop within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with daily project coordination and administration

• Follow up on construction progress, outstanding tasks, delays, and potential issues

• Coordinate routine communication with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams

• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting notes, action points, and follow-ups

• Help monitor that works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements

• Review and organize drawings, technical documents, schedules, reports, and project correspondence

• Assist with project scheduling and preparation of regular progress updates

• Support the coordination of materials, equipment, deliveries, and other site requirements

• Assist with basic site and quality checks and escalate any concerns to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

• Previous construction experience is required; strong junior candidates with at least 0.5 years of relevant experience will also be considered

• Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and building works

• Ability to read architectural or engineering drawings would be an advantage

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, project management tools, or construction documentation systems would be a plus

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Confident communication with contractors and other project stakeholders

• Fluent/native Russian

• Good command of English
