Proactively manage local data discussions and independent data capture to translate complex local business occupancy data into real estate footprint recommendations.
- Workplace strategy delivery: develop comprehensive workplace strategies that align with Roche’s goals, enhancing employee experience, efficiency, and sustainability. Gather and analyze workplace data (including space occupancy and surveys), lead user workshops to capture functional requirements, and leverage industry trends to define local workplace optimization and inform strategic decision-making.
- Change engagement guidance: provide strategic guidance on local change engagement initiatives tied to workplace transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption of new workplace behaviors.
- Stakeholder dialogue & alignment: collaborate with key stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, Facilities Management, and Business Units to ensure successful workplace transformations.
- Continuous improvement: drive the continuous evolution of our global workplace and change engagement standards, toolkits, and templates by actively integrating internal project learnings and best practices. Leverage peer-to-peer exchanges and a keen understanding of emerging industry trends to ensure our workplace processes remain highly innovative.
What you bring
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent) in Real Estate, Architecture, Design, Workplace Strategy, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience with a proven track record in developing and executing workplace strategies, driving spatial analytics, and successfully delivering complex strategic projects.
- Specialist expertise: possesses in-depth specialist knowledge in workplace change management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives.

- Mindset: highly results-oriented, business-driven, and organized with strong attention to detail. An innovative and creative self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
