You will participate in international projects designing modern, high quality, responsive products that match or exceed expectations. You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to develop and implement new solutions while cooperating with top leaders in their industries.Your key responsibilitiesMainly developing new applications for internal and external clients together with adding new functionalities and features into existing projects and maintenance.Skills and attributes for successExperience supporting enterprise applications in a 24x7 environmentStrong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to manage incidents, service requests, and production issues effectivelyExperience collaborating with development, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholdersProactive approach to root cause analysis and continuous service improvementStrong focus on software quality, testing, and automationWillingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysRequirements:Experience providing L2/L3/L4 application support for business-critical systemsITIL certification or previous experience in production support environmentsVery good knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web APIExperience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Material UIExperience developing and maintaining REST APIs and microservicesHands-on experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and data integration conceptsKnowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience using monitoring and observability tools for production support and troubleshootingProficiency with Git and source control management tools (GitHub, Azure Repos)Working knowledge of Docker and container-based developmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global support modelVery good English (minimum B2)
