Shell is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Campaign Coordinator to join its team in Woodcreek, Houston, Texas.

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Campaign Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the execution of the overall CRM and Digital Engagement strategy. This position ensures that CRM campaigns are delivered on time, with clarity, accuracy, and consistency, while aligning with strategic objectives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Working closely with the CRM Manager, internal teams, and external partners, this role is responsible for managing campaign briefs, coordinating execution across channels, and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in managing multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute CRM and Digital Engagement strategy through campaign delivery across owned channels (email, app, SMS, push notifications)

  • Managing campaign briefs to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with objectives and messaging standards

  • Work with legal to make sure campaign terms and conditions are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations

  • Manage customer journeys to provide a seamless and engaging experience across touchpoints

  • Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and Product Owners to ensure messaging is accurate, relevant, and consistent

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals to ensure on-time execution

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign content, targeting, and technical functionality

  • Maintain and update campaign calendars and documentation to track progress and performance

  • Support with post-campaign reporting, metrics, and supporting continuous improvement efforts

  • Support A/B testing and the implementation of enhancements based on performance data

What you bring

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 3 or more years of experience in CRM

  • Understanding of CRM best practices and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Familiarity with Braze CRM platforms and tools is preferred

  • A good overall understanding of the Mobility & Convenience business is an advantage

What we offer

The base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $ 155,000 per year.  Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.

For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.

Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance.
