Manager - Strategy

This is support role in driving in driving thought leadership, market intelligence, business growth, and service innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and benchmarking studies to support thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop white papers, articles, reports, presentations, and other strategic publications under the guidance of the Associate Director.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor insights, and emerging industry trends.
• Support the development of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and research-based insights.
• Assist in preparing executive-level materials for client meetings, conferences, and leadership discussions.
• Support proposal development and business pursuits by providing relevant market insights and thought leadership content.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings through market research, business case preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge repositories, research databases, and strategic content libraries.

• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, Strategy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. (PG from NICMAR preferred)
• Experience in consulting, infrastructure, real estate, digital infrastructure, technology, or professional services sectors.
• Knowledge of emerging market trends, industry intelligence, and strategic planning methodologies.
• Exposure to proposal development, business case preparation, and service offering development.
