Job Description

YOUR ROLE Set design requirements by working closely with the product and engineering team and turn user problems into product opportunities. Understand existing design systems and introduce new components that will ensure a consistent Taxdoo experience for users. Team up with other design team colleagues and develop and expand on the design system. Create prototypes and test the flow of a design solution and gather feedback. Help your team understand the needs, challenges and wishes of customers today and in the future. Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts. YOUR PROFILE You have a B.S. or M.S. in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, and/or an equivalent of the experience demonstrable in a portfolio. You have at least 2 years of proven experience working with UI Design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe). You have an understanding of UX Research, HTML and CSS. Able to work independently and creatively, building your own components outside of the design system when needed. You built B2B software applications, preferably in a venture-backed SaaS environment.
