Job Description

At Lexroom we set the bar for legal AI—clear, fast, and built for trust.

In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a reliable platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe.

Our mission is clear: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, giving lawyers, law firms, and companies the time and confidence to focus on what truly matters.

We’re scaling rapidly, backed by top-tier investors and a world-class team dedicated to rigor, clarity, and impact.

Today, Lexroom is a trusted partner, shaping the future of legal AI with discipline and purpose.

Why Lexroom?

  • Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.

  • Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values competence, curiosity, and ambition.

  • Deliver Meaningful Results: Your contribution will directly influence how legal professionals work—faster, clearer, and more efficiently.

At Lexroom, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world.

Role

Lexroom is building its partnership channel from close to zero and wants it to become a material driver of revenue growth. You will own that channel end to end: strategic reselling and co-sell relationships with big consulting firms and system integrators, large enterprise accounts, and early-stage product partnerships as our API surface develops. You will define the operating model, prove it in market, and build the team that scales it across our European footprint.

This is a build-from-scratch leadership seat reporting directly to our CRO and co-founder, not a role inheriting an established motion.

Your key responsibilities

  • Channel design and ownership: design the partnership channel and build it into a material revenue driver, owning co-sell and revenue-share relationships end to end.

  • Operating model: define whether and how partnership closes its own revenue versus feeds the sales pipeline, and build the case, grounded in data, for the model you back.

  • Relationship ownership: personally run Lexroom's most valuable strategic relationships, from prospecting through signature.

  • Playbook design: build repeatable processes for partner sourcing, qualification, engagement rules, and co-sell motion from the ground up.

  • Team building: hire and lead country partnership leads and associates as deal volume justifies.

  • Partner enablement and certification: build training, certification, and co-marketing materials that let partners sell and implement independently over time.

  • Tooling and attribution: define the partner-source model in the CRM, own the deal registration policy, and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with the discipline of a revenue function, not a marketing one.

  • Performance management and partner reviews: define KPIs (pipeline generated, ARR sourced or influenced, logos activated), build dashboards, and run structured quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.

  • Cross-functional alignment: agree lead handoff and attribution rules with Sales leaders, work with Finance and Legal on commission and revenue-share structures, and scope product-partnership opportunities with Product.

What we're looking for

  • Partnership leadership track record: 7+ years in business development, alliances, or channel roles in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years owning revenue-accountable relationships with system integrators or consulting partners in an enterprise or mid-market context. Ideally you have built a partnership motion from an early stage rather than inherited one at scale.

  • Complex deal negotiation: the commercial rigour to structure and close revenue-share and co-sell agreements with Big 4 firms and system integrators, including multi-stakeholder, long-cycle negotiations. Familiarity with frameworks such as MEDDICC or Challenger Sale is a plus.

  • Builder mindset, not a maintainer: comfortable building playbooks, attribution models, and team rituals from scratch in a function where most of the infrastructure does not exist yet.

  • International experience: you have built or managed partnership relationships across multiple European markets. You know a playbook that works in one country rarely transfers unchanged, and you adjust commercial terms and positioning accordingly.

  • Commercial and analytical judgment: able to structure and negotiate commission and revenue-share terms, build pipeline and ARR forecasting for partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals, and make prioritisation calls on which partners and deals to pursue, grounded in data.

  • Languages: fluent English is required, plus professional fluency in at least one of Italian, French, Spanish, or German. Additional European languages are a plus.

Rewarding your contribution

  • Compensation (Milan equivalent): €120,000–160,000 OTE

  • Equity: meaningful equity on top, in line with the seniority of the role

  • Team retreats & off-sites: dedicated time to connect, collaborate, and spark bold ideas

At Lexroom, ambition meets discipline and purpose.

We're not just building a product—we're setting a new standard for the legal world. If you're ready to contribute to something lasting and meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
