Project Coordinator

TMX Edge is the specialist delivery arm of TMX focused on critical infrastructure, data centres and complex technology environments. We partner with some of the world's leading organisations to deliver projects that support the digital infrastructure powering businesses and communities globally.

We're currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major global technology client across the UK and Europe. Working alongside experienced project and program teams, you'll help coordinate facility and maintenance works across multiple co-location data centre sites, ensuring contractors, vendors and stakeholders remain aligned and projects stay on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' experience who enjoys working in project environments and is looking to build their career supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure programs. No prior data centre experience is required.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of facility and maintenance works across multiple data centre sites
• Coordinating contractors, vendors and suppliers to support project delivery activities
• Managing access requests and coordinating with campus teams to facilitate site entry requirements
• Tracking project milestones, actions, risks and issues
• Supporting project reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring key information is captured and communicated
• Working closely with client, vendor and internal teams to support successful project outcomes

What You Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar project support role
• Experience working within construction, engineering, facilities management, infrastructure or related project environments
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or external service providers
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
