Information about the project:Industry: bankingRate: up to 130 pln/h net + VAT, B2BLocation: Gdańsk/Gdynia/Łódź/Warsaw - hybridMain ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support for mainframe environmentsHandle incidents and manage problem resolutionConduct thorough analysis of incidents to identify root causesAdapt and learn new technologies and tools as requiredMonitor system outputs and datasets using TSO/ISPF and SDSFKey RequirementsDeep understanding of mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and IMSExperience with Base SASProficiency in TSO/ISPF and SDSF toolsExperience with OPC/TWS and related defect-fixing tools such as Abend Aid and File AidProven incident handling and problem management experienceStrong analytical skills for incident analysisEagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologiesNice to HaveScripting skills in REXX, Python, or ShellKnowledge of distributed systems in hybrid environmentsExposure to DevOps/Agile methodologiesExperience with cloud integration and mainframe modernization initiatives
