Job Description

About the Role

This is a product marketing role at the intersection of product and market for a fast-moving enterprise AI platform. You'll translate frequent product releases into clear positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials — playing a central part in shaping how customers and prospects understand a product that's evolving alongside an emerging category.

What You'll Do

  • Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.

  • Turn product releases into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter to buyers.

  • Develop and maintain positioning tailored to different buyer personas and markets (e.g., enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads).

  • Create product marketing content including comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.

  • Conduct customer research through conversations, support tickets, and sales calls to inform messaging and assets.

  • Enable sales and customer success with framing, collateral, and clear answers to difficult product questions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

  • Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as both the market and product continue to evolve.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience delivering go-to-market for software features or products.

  • Proven track record running product launches, positioning exercises, or messaging with measurable impact.

  • Ability to explain technical products clearly to non-technical audiences — you don't need to be an engineer, but you can participate meaningfully in product reviews.

  • Excellent, clear writing skills — clarity over cleverness.

  • Strong habit of working directly with customers to surface value and translate insights into marketing and sales assets.

  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as a regular part of your workflow.

  • Bias toward owning problems end-to-end rather than waiting for a brief.

  • Willingness to be on camera or participate in public-facing demos and presentations.

  • Familiarity with German enterprise or Mittelstand markets is a plus.

  • Collaborative, kind approach to teammates and customer-facing stakeholders.
