Department Description & Job Purpose
The Central Functions department at Allianz Consulting aims to build and implement best in class solutions for Allianz people and organization, with specific focus on Central Functions, Finance, Organization Transformation, and People & Culture.

 

Key responsibilities

• • Contribute to the development of blueprints, best practices, tools and knowledge assets
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and knowledge-sharing activities preparation and coordination across Allianz entities, including community calls and workshops
  • Support the development and innovation of project initiatives, via internal and external research
  • Explore and leverage AI tools (Copilot, Claude etc.) to enhance team productivity, knowledge sharing and day-to-day ways of working
  • Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for internal and stakeholder-facing discussions
  • Support commercial development and client pitches for Central Functions
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and community-building activities within Allianz Consulting

 

Key requirements

• • Located in Germany for the duration of the contract
  • Basic understanding of how projects run and a reliable, structured working style
  • Curiosity for AI tools and digital solutions, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity and knowledge sharing in a responsible manner
  • Proactive, collaborative and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn, take initiative and manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, e.g. organizing meetings, tracking actions, following up with stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
  • You can start in October/November and are interested in an internship for 3-6 months in full-time (38h/week)
